Service Agreement1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, private dining events, and catering services provided by The Jewel of Otley. By making a reservation or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
We respectfully ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time, after which we may release the table to other guests.
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For large parties (6+), we reserve the right to request a deposit to secure the booking.
3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.
4. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who acts in an aggressive or abusive manner towards our staff or other guests. We ask that all guests respect the dress code of smart casual attire.
5. Liability
The Jewel of Otley accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property while on our premises.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
